After a last minute request just 24hrs earlier, Nicola stepped into the role of Nancy in a celebrity charity gala performance of Elegies for Angels, Punks and Raging Queens at the Soho Revue Bar as part of the World AIDS Day fundraising efforts for the Terrence Higgins Trust.

Nicola has completed filming on Doctors; the episode featuring Nicola will be broadcast on 1 May 2007.

Over the next couple of weeks, Nicola will be filming a guest lead role in the popular daytime soap Doctors. She will be playing Annie Garvey, "a much put-upon single mother who has learnt that aggression is the best form of defence" - a fabulously meaty part for Nicola to sink her teeth into!

With the post-production of LITTLE DEVIL complete, and after focus groups at ITV, this 3-part drama will be transmitted on ITV sometime during 2007. Date to be announced.

Nicola has just landed the role of Helen in the forthcoming ITV drama
LITTLE DEVIL alongside Robson Green and Maggie O'Neill. She will be filming in mid May.

Nicola can be seen playing the psychiatric nurse in ITV1's major two-part thriller THE BEST MAN on ITV1 on Monday 20 March at 9pm alongside Richard Coyle and Keeley Hawes.

FrightFest at the Prince Charles' cinema, Leicester Square, will be showing WEDNESDAY - a short film in which Nicola plays Olga, a polish cleaner who meets a deadly end - on Saturday 18 March at 3.45pm as a pre-show short to Mortuary.

Nicola is about to begin rehearsals for a production of new play FELT EFFECTS by Joy Wilkinson which, jointly with her play Fair, won the 2002 Verity Bargate Award for new writing. This world premiere production, directed by Helen Eastman and produced by Floodtide Theatre Company in collaboration with Theatre 503, will run 28 March - 15 April 2006 at The Latchmere Theatre, London

Nicola has recently accepted an invitation to become an Associate Artist of
LADDER TO THE MOON Theatre Company - a community theatre company which specialises in creating inspirational interactive characters within the community. Nicola has worked for Ladder To The Moon in the past as an actor, project manager and director and has taken characters to hospitals, psychiatric units, a playgroup, a lunchtime club for the elderly, a tea-dance and out into shopping centres.

Nicola most recently worked on a rehearsed reading at The Drum in Birmingham of CARNIVAL OF FIRE, a new play about the Handsworth 'riots' of 1985 being written by acclaimed afro-caribbean writer Don Kinch for NU CENTURY ARTS and directed by Paul Savage (most recent directing work: Othello, Nottingham Playhouse). A full UK production of the play is due to be produced in early 2006 with a tour to South Africa.

FRANKLIN'S LOST EXPEDITION, a major documentary exploring the mystery surrounding John Franklin's disappearance on his voyage to chart the North-West Passage features Nicola as Lady Jane Franklin in historical reconstructions. The full 90-minute documentary is to be shown around Europe and a shorter version will be broadcast in the UK on Channel 5 on 15 November 2005.
